Question - What is Detailing?
Answer - Detailing is the preparing of a perfect finish to your car. This involves thoroughly cleaning it, removing any contaminates, swirls, scratches, oxidation or other imperfections from your paint to produce a show-quality level of detail. Detailing takes valeting one stage further, not to be confused with the US meaning of valeting!(Detailers clean your car, they don’t park it for you.)
Question - What is paintwork correction?
Answer - Paintwork correction removes any imperfections in the paint. These can be scratches, swirl marks, buffering marks, orange peel, bird dropping marks or hologram effects. Once the paintwork has been treated it should reflect the light perfectly to reveal a deep glossy wet look shine.
Question - Where are you based?
Answer - We are based in Glasgow and St Neots but cover all of Scotland and Cambridgeshire.
Question - Can you come to me?
Answer - Yes our fully fitted van can come to your home or office. It also has its own supply of water and electricity so we only need some space to work.
Question - What are your hours of business?
Answer - We are open 7 days a week from 9am til late.(weather dependant)

Question - How can I pay?
Answer - We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as cash.
Question - After my car has been detailed how can I keep it looking Prism perfect?
Answer - After your Prism detail or paint correction we will advise you on a maintenance system to keep your car looking amazing.
Question - What products do you use?
Answer - We only use the best products on the market. This includes the exclusive Swissvax car care system as well as the Dodo Juice Organic product range. We thoroughly test all the products before we use them on our customers cars. Only the best performing products make it to our workshop.

Question - Do you detail classic and vintage cars?
Answer - We are happy to detail any car and Roberts extensive knowledge of manufacturers paint systems old and new ensures a truly personalised service.
Question - Can you prepare my car for a show?
Answer - Yes we can! However, we ask that you book in advance as the pre-show season is very busy for us.
Question - Would a new car need detailed?
Answer - Yes. New cars are often stored in the open and are subjected to weeks of exposure to contaminants. The garage service wash does not always get rid of these. A Prism detail will properly clean the car but more importantly provide your car with a layer of protection to keep it looking newer longer.
Question - What value does detailing add?
Answer - Detailing will not only protect your investment but can add resale value too.
Question - What is your cancellation policy?
Answer - We understand that sometimes our customers need to cancel. Provided you give us 48 hours notice there is no fee. Within that time frame a cancellation charge of £100 will apply.
Question - If it is bad weather will that affect my appointment?
Answer - Yes, the weather conditions can impact the detailing process. If that happens, we will re-arrange your appointment at a time to suit you.
